Hotel Legian Village merupakan salah satu hotel yang sedang berkembang di legian yang merupakan daerah tujuan wisata. Dalam perkembangannya Hotel Legian Village ini membutuhkan lebih dari sekedar sistem informasi yang mendukung proses transaksi yang ada, terutama di bagian front office. Karena bagian inilah yang langsung berhadapan dengan tamu sehingga harus menampilkan kesan pertama yang baik. Beberapa kesan baik yang harus di tampilkan kepada tamu antara lain kecepatan serta ketepatan dalam proses transaksi baik reservasi, check in, dan check out. Selain itu juga diperlukan pemberian informasi kamar yang mudah kepada para tamu. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka dibuatlah suat sistem informasi front office hotel yang dibantu teknologi QR code sebagai penyimpan informasi kamar. Legian Village Hotel is one of many hotels that on the increase in legian, legian is one of tourism object in Bali. Legian Village Hotel need more than Information system that covered the transaction services, especialy in the front office departement. Some of good impressions that must be show up to the guest are efficiency and effectifelly at processing of check in, check out and reservation transaction. Besides that, the guest need simply information about theirs room. To get those goals, so must to develop the front office information system that support with QR Code technology that contains the room information.
